For stays of 1 to 3 days: In order to confirm and guarantee your reservation, we will ask you to provide us with your credit card details, with which we will not take a deposit. Or send us by mail a deposit cheque for the amount you wish, which will be cashed.

For stays of 4 days or more: We will ask you for a 25 to 30% deposit which you can pay by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.

A reservation is definitive once the bank guarantees have been received. An email from us is essential. If you have not received a written record of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible!

A reservation for which we have not received bank guarantees will not be validated. And we reserve the right not to keep the room.


If you have paid a deposit: - A cancellation announced 7 days before the date of arrival entitles you to a full refund of the deposit. The refund of the deposit will be made by cheque or bank transfer - In case of cancellation within this period, the totality of the deposit will be kept.

If you have not paid a deposit but only communicated a credit card number: - A reservation can be cancelled up to 2 days (48 hours) before the arrival date at 3pm. - For a cancellation less than 48 hours or a "no show", we will charge the first night at the rate indicated on the reservation.

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, cheques, holiday vouchers and cash.
We have been "Logis" for many, many years. 
L’hôtel est situé au coeur du village de Cabrières (30210).

Une première sortie d’autoroute au Nord (A9 – Remoulins / Pont-du-Gard) est à 15 minutes. Une seconde sortie au Sud (A9 – Nîmes Est) est à 10 minutes.

Et Cabrières, notre village, est à seulement 3 kms de la Nationale RN 86 entre Nîmes et Avignon.
We accept the animals (must be kept on a leash in the hotel, the restaurant and the public areas) and we have an extra charge of €10 per day.

Our half-board rates are calculated in the form of daily flat rates and are therefore very good value for money.

We do not count the price of the room per night + an extra charge for half board. Our packages are calculated as accurately as possible according to the number of adults & children. And the youngest eat "just like the grown-ups". If the children want simpler meals, we are used to it and know how to adapt.

Our menus or a la carte do not include enough choice of starters and main courses for long-stay guests. Hence the risk of "going in circles" after a few days.
Notre restaurant est ouvert à tout le monde. Notre salle n’étant pas très grande, il est nécessaire de toujours réserver afin d’être sûr d’y trouver une table.
Our hotel is ideal and well-known for welcoming families. Many rooms are perfectly equipped and suitable for families: duplex rooms with mezzanine, suites composed of separate rooms and even very large suites for 6 persons.

We have 7-seater parking at the back of the hotel open and free (closed at night).

We also have a large closed and secured garage under the large 16-place swimming pool, accessible at any time with remote control. The rate is 7 € per night.

For information, you should not park your car in the street in front of the hotel so as not to hinder the vicinity or the passage of the buses.

Notre établissement compte 4 piscines. 3 adultes + 1 pataugeoire pour les enfants. La dernière piscine dans le haut de l’hôtel (chauffée à 26°) est strictement réservée aux adultes et au calme afin de privilégier un espace de sérénité et de quiétude au sein de l’hôtel. La baignade est autorisée à partir de 9h du matin jusqu’à 18h.
La terrasse du restaurant bordant la grande piscine, nous demandons à nos clients (et surtout aux enfants) de respecter le calme durant les horaires des différents repas.

2 douches solaires sont disposées près des piscines. Elles sont obligatoires avant d’accéder aux bassins. Les caleçons de bains et autres bermudas et t-shirt sont proscrits pour des raisons d’hygiène et de qualité de l’eau. L’ARS contrôle les bassins très régulièrement.

Les crèmes solaires sont sources de problèmes et altèrent également grandement la qualité de l’eau. Elles laissent aussi des marques indélébiles sur le revêtement des piscines. C’est pourquoi il est nécessaire de toujours se doucher avant la baignade afin d’en éliminer le plus possible.

Regarding sunbathing, the hotel offers 50 sunbathing rooms with a maximum capacity in the middle of summer of about 70 people. In order not to penalize guests, it is not allowed to "block" them for hours by booking them with your towel. But only for a few moments the time to have your breakfast or to go to your room.


Very simply. Click on Book at the top right and then enter your dates of stay and the number of people. Then let yourself be guided in the booking system which will offer you a list of rooms and rates. As any online booking engine Qi respects, the system will then ask you to enter your personal and bank details.

Tip: When rooms are not available, it is written "not bookable" in the list.

Finally and to provide some details on the online booking engine. We have 6 categories of rooms on this one:

– DOUBLE ROOMS – PRESTIGE DOUBLE ROOMS – TRIPLE ROOMS – QUADRUPLE ROOMS – SUITES – SUITES/APARTMENTS.

The photos presented in each category may not correspond to the room that will be reserved. The photos are non-contractual. For practical reasons, we did not create the online reservation for each of our 23 rooms. For example, we have 8 double rooms. The reserved room will depend on the organization of our schedule. If you have a room preference, please tell us in the comment box. If it is available, we will keep it to you with great pleasure. If this is not the case, another room of the same or higher category will be assigned to you.

Very simply. Either by bank transfer by sending us our bank references, either by cheque to the order of l’Enclos des Lauriers Roses or by Distance sale by communicating the 16 digits of your credit card + the expiration Date.


We are an independent family hotel. Every last minute cancellation or early departure causes us a lot of harm because we are located in a small village where there is no passage. And Cabrières is not a known destination that attracts tourists. If we refuse many requests to stay long months before you arrive at our house, last minute booking requests are no longer legion these Days. It is therefore very difficult to rerent the rooms at the last Moment.

However, if we are obliged to have quite strict cancellation conditions in writing, we are still very "flexible" in reality. Moreover, don't forget that if you have paid for your stay by credit card, you have a Cancellation Insurance with your credit card. If your cancellation or early departure is a valid reason, you will be able to make use of this Insurance.

Nos chambres sont garanties disponibles à partir de 15h et doivent être libérées à 11h au plus tard. Pour ceux qui arrivent avant 15h, il est possible de déjeuner au restaurant (selon ouverture), de boire un verre en terrasse et/ou de profiter de nos piscines.

Pour les clients qui souhaitent profiter des extérieurs après 11h le jour du départ, cela est tout à fait possible. Il suffit simplement de ranger vos bagages dans votre voiture ou à la réception et vous pouvez rester autour des piscines le temps voulu.

Our breakfast is a large buffet at the rate of 15 € per day per adult. Possibility of a "continental" breakfast at the rate of 9 € per day and per adult. The children's buffet costs € 9 per day. Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10 am.

We don't serve breakfast in your room.

Malheureusement non. Notre hôtel est très atypique tel un petit village dans le village et suit son dénivelé tout en pente. Nous avons dernièrement supprimé des marches d’escaliers dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel pour les remplacer par des rampes. Nous avons également mis en place de nombreuses mains-courantes dans la résidence.
Enfin si l’hôtel n’est pas accessible aux PMR, le restaurant en revanche est totalement adapté depuis 2019. Nous disposons également d’une chambre totalement accessible aux PMR depuis l’hiver 2022/2023.

In high-season periods, half-board is obligatory. It includes the room + dinner (which can be replaced by lunch at lunchtime) + Breakfast/buffet.

Le repas proposé est un menu du jour qui comprend Entrée, Plat et Dessert. C’est un menu recherché et raffiné différent chaque jour. Même si vous séjournez 2 semaines, vous ne mangerez jamais la même chose !

It is possible to change one or several dishes of course for an additional fee (price to be defined according to the chosen dish in our card).

In high season, we have an average of 70 residents each day. Proposing different choices would cause a lot of waste, which we cannot afford.

Unfortunately not. A stay of 7 days for example will include 7 meals that you will organize as you wish. This can be 6 dinners + 1 lunch, 3 dinners + 3 lunches, etc.

But if meals have not been eaten, the half-board rate will remain unchanged.


Amarilys was originally a double room and could be rented with a living room. During the winter 2010/2011, the living room was transformed into a bedroom. Amarilys is now a Suite (2 separate rooms).

During the summer period, it is no longer available as a Double but only as a Suite to accommodate families of 4/5 people. During the rest of the season, it can be booked as a Double or Suite.

For an early departure from the hotel, we will charge at the price indicated on your booking confirmation the remaining nights.
The pool at the top of the hotel, reserved for adults, will be heated for the 2022 season. The large pool + paddling pool + this adult pool will be completely renovated this winter (polyester shell + Aquabright finish).
Unfortunately not. The pools are reserved for hotel guests only.
